Below is a rundown of how a two-day wedding itinerary could look for you and your wedding guests.

Day One: Arrive, Settle In & Dine Together

Your exclusive wedding experience begins the moment you arrive.

Check into your accommodation – Our cosy Sea View Snugs, where luxury meets nature. We have 18 Snugs on-site here at Laggan; 8 Hillside Snugs and 10 Woodland Snugs that sleep up to 40 guests. All have breathtaking sea views over Fleet Bay. Along with our 2 self catering houses, Laggan Behind Farmhouse that sleeps 7, and Cairnharrow Cottage that sleeps 4. Both have hot tubs, as do 6 of our Snugs! Giving you 51 adult guests exclusive use together on-site.

After settling in, it’s then time to gather your loved ones at Gather, our hillside bistro, for a private dinner with incredible views and delicious dishes. We offer a variety of locally inspired menus to chose from, all created and cooked to perfection by our excellent team of in-house chef’s. Food allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for, ensuring every guest enjoys every part of your wedding experience.

Day Two: The Wedding Day

The morning starts with guests enjoying breakfast at Gather while preparations begin with the wedding party for the big day ahead. As your guests dined with you at Gather the night before and the morning of, you get the excitement of revealing GG’s Yard in all it’s show-stopping glory for your wedding day.

Whether you envision saying “I do” with panoramic views across the Solway Coast or beneath the warmth of timber beams and sparkling chandeliers, GG’s Yard offers a breathtaking setting for your wedding day. This thoughtfully converted barn blends rustic charm with elegant design, creating a space that feels both grand and intimate.

From the moment your ceremony begins, the day flows effortlessly. Guests can take in the stunning surroundings before moving seamlessly into the stylish reception space for drinks, followed by a delicious wedding breakfast prepared by our talented team of in-house chefs.
